Naima's Crown, LLC has a no refund policy due to the nature of our products. If any product arrives damaged, please contact us to facilitate replacement of that product. 

Refund/cancellation of orders will be accepted within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has been processed and shipped, no refund will be offered at that time. 

All products on website are for external use only. Please avoid the eyes. All products on the website can be used daily or as often as desired. Please contact us at naimascrown@gmail.com if you have any further questions regarding possible allergens.

This product is made with all natural ingredients. There are no preservatives added. Shelf life is 1 calendar year from the time of purchase as all products are made to order. Settlement of oil ingredients at the bottom of your bottle is normal and common with Jamaican Black Castor Oil. Shake when needed to mix and enjoy!

Please allow 2-4 business days for fufillment of orders and shipping. Our products are homemade and mixed by hand which sometimes takes a bit longer pending the amount of orders we receive. Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message/email for local pickup location or a confirmation email with your tracking number included. Thank you for your patience.
